Shipping Questions
When will my order ship?
Orders placed after 12 pm EST Monday-Friday will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. If you need to expedite an order, please call our customer service department at (800) 444-1144 ext. 1. Please have your order-confirmation information available. Shipping and handling charges will be added.

Return Policy
General Return Policy
All merchandise to be returned must have prior authorization from The Lorenz Corporation and adhere to the stipulations listed below. Upon receipt of the request, a return-order number will be sent to you. This number should appear on the outside of each return box. Following these procedures will ensure prompt and accurate credit to your account.

How do I secure a Return Authorization?
Please fax or email the following information:
- Quantity, Lorenz product number, and the title of the merchandise to be returned
- Reason for return (See return codes below)
- Copy of product invoice, invoice number, or sales order number (located on packing slip)
- Name, email, and phone number of the person requesting the return.

Before requesting a return, please note that:
All returned items must have been purchased directly from The Lorenz Corporation.
All returned materials must be in like-new condition and returned postpaid.
Products with store stickers, stamps, or price markings cannot be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense. If a return is unauthorized or improperly documented, The Lorenz Corporation may refuse the return.
