When will my order ship?
Orders placed after 12 pm EST Monday-Friday will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. If you need to expedite an order, please call our customer service department at (800) 444-1144 ext. 1. Please have your order-confirmation information available. Shipping and handling charges will be added.
eBook Questions
What is a Standard eBook?
A Standard eBook is the same as a printed book, just delivered to you instantly as an uneditable PDF file that is priced several dollars less than the printed book.
What is an Enhanced eBook?
An Enhanced eBook has more features than a Standard eBook: the pages may be emailed, manipulated on an IWB, written on digitally and read aloud by embedded Adobe software, and is priced the same as the print version.
What is in the Lorenz Educational Press eBook Library?
The LEP eBook Library has almost 1,000 different titles (in Standard and enhanced formats) of our current print titles as well as some titles that are no longer in print.
How do I download my eBook once purchased?
Once your eBook purchase is complete, you will see this information at the bottom of the Receipt page:

You will have seven days to download all files associated with your eBook. Some eBook products may include additional file formats: (.PPT, .WAV, .ZIP, etc.) please make sure to download each one.
Return Policy
General Return Policy
All merchandise to be returned must have prior authorization from The Lorenz Corporation and adhere to the stipulations listed below. Upon receipt of the request, a return-order number will be sent to you. This number should appear on the outside of each return box. Following these procedures will ensure prompt and accurate credit to your account. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened Software
  • Software and eBook downloads
  • Out-of-print items
How do I secure a Return Authorization?
Please fax or email the following information:
  • Quantity, Lorenz product number, and the title of the merchandise to be returned
  • Reason for return (See return codes below)
  • Copy of product invoice, invoice number, or sales order number (located on packing slip)
  • Name, email, and phone number of the person requesting the return.

All returned materials must be in like-new condition and returned postpaid. Products with store stickers, stamps, or price markings cannot be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense. No additional software is required – the provided CD or download contains the necessary Flash player.

Why am I not able to view product sample pages or an IWB sample lesson?

How long will it take to download my product?
Download speeds vary. Larger file sizes (such as full Interactive Whiteboard Products) will take longer to download than an eBook, ePacket, or IWB MINI. Download speeds are also based on such variables as: time of day, type of internet connection, connection speed, available memory and age of computer, network connection, etc.
How do I open and use my IWB Download or MINI Download?
Ordering for Your School or Organization
Can I use a Purchase Order?
Yes. Simply fax your organization's purchase order to 937-223-2042. Or you can shop on the website, and add items to your shopping cart as normal. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right corner of the screen. Once on the Shopping Cart screen, click on the "Print to Purchase Order" button at the bottom of the page. You can then complete the necessary information and fax us this page.

Can my organziation place a tax-exempt order on your website?
Yes. You must fax your Exemption Form to 937-223-2042. Then, on the Shopping Cart Page, enter your Tax Exempt number into the blue box marked "Tax Exempt #", and click Submit.

How do I submit new material for possible publication?
We are not currently accepting publication submissions.
Can I copy a product or part of a product?
Please check the copyright notice on the product you wish to copy.

If a product does not specifically state that it is reproducible, no part of the materials may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written consent. Please request permission through Music Services, who handles all of our permissions requests.

If a product, or portion of a product, is reproducible, copies can be made for the teacher's specific classroom setting only. This permission may not be transferred, sold, or given to any additional or subsequent users of this product. Reproduction of the materials for resale is prohibited.

Please note that Show What You Know® products may not be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted.

Where can I find the copyright notice on your products?

If you would like to use any portion of our materials in your own project/product, you must obtain written consent. Please request permission through Music Services, who handles all of our permission requests.
How can I request permission to copy non-reproducible materials or to use any of your materials in my project?
If you would like to obtain permission to use our materials in any way outside of the permission granted in the copyright notice, you may submit your request through Music Services, who handles all of our licensing requests, even for non-music products. Their online licensing features will walk you through the process.

How long will it take to process my request?
The licensing process can take approximately 1 to 4 weeks depending on your request and the method of request. Please plan accordingly, and be sure to provide complete information to avoid any delays.
  • Online request and payment: approximately 1 to 2 weeks
  • Mail, fax, or email: approximately 2 to 3 weeks after your request is received
  • Master use licensing: approximately 3 to 4 weeks
