Julia Hargrove

Julia Hargrove
Julia Hargrove was born in San Francisco but grew up in Colorado Springs. She dedicated her career to teaching in the same school district she attended as a child. She has a B.A. in History and English from Western State College and an M.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. She began teaching in 1971 and began writing educational materials in the mid-1980s.
